The facility provides fee for service analysis for a wide variety of applications.   This can be done on a “full service” basis that includes sample preparation, data collection and analysis or we can provide training and access to instrumentation and computers/software so that individual investigators can process their own samples and analyze their own data.

We can conduct accurate, high resolution mass analysis of small molecules and proteins.

We can perform quantitative measurements of small molecules using HPLC MS/MS on triple quadrupole or quadrupole time of flight instruments or, in cases where HPLC MS/MS is not suitable we can make these measurements using GC MS

We have assays for many commonly studied lipids, metabolites and pharmaceuticals.  Assays for analytes that we have not already worked with can be established on an individual basis.
